Covid Policy

All attendees to a Live/In Person Dystopia Rising Massachusetts event must submit documentation via email to show that they are vaccinated with the appropriate wait period following their final vaccination; as well as proof of at least one booster or a negative test taken within 72 hours before the event.

Facilities will be cleaned before attendees arrive on site, and sanitation products will be used and made available as needed. Hand Sanitizer will be freely available in common locations around the campsite such as Ops and the Post Office.
Masks are not required, but all attendees are welcome to wear them if they choose.

Anyone serving food to others is recommended to wear both a mask and gloves. Some may be available on site but we recommend you bring your own if you plan to be serving.

If you are feeling sick or showing any symptoms before an event we ask that you please not attend for the safety of everyone. If you have already purchased your ticket but cannot attend due to Covid you can reach out to LIv (Liv@dystopiarisingma.com).

Vaccination Record Submission

The subject of your email for vaccine submission should be the following format:
”[Name] [Player #] Vaccination Card Submission”

Ex: “Liv Sun 12345 Vaccination Card Submission”

The email should contain a picture of your officially issued proof of vaccination (Vaccination card, Excelsior Pass, etc) with your name and date of vaccinations clearly visible.

For submitting your booster information or for sending a test result before game, send an email containing the related documentation with the subject as:
“[Name] [Player #] Booster Card Update” or “[Name] [Player #] Negative Test Result [Date]”

Ex. For Boosters: “Liv Sun 12345 Booster Card Update”
Ex. For 72 hour test: “Liv Sun 12345 Negative Test Result 4/01/23”
